Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In order to cancel your appointment, please call, text, or email 24 hours before your appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 55% of your appointment service. If you do not notify Point Clear Wellness of a cancellation and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee. If an appointment has already been pre-paid and you cancelled at least 36 hours prior to the appointment time, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the appointment in the form of your initial payment type.
